Em muitos casos, o próprio cliente ainda n?o tem uma ideia amadurecida do que deve ser desenvolvido. é muito importante conversar com o usuário e explicar todos os riscos e contratempos que podem estar envolvidos na implementa??o de novas tecnologias sem o devido tempo de matura??o e teste. Na maioria dos casos, o próprio cliente desiste da ideia e opta por uma abordagem mais conservadora e segura.
