In a call center setting, things tend to stir up when experiencing high volumes of inbound calls. It is really important to allow your team to take short brakes in between schedules, delligate tasks to each agents but it must correspond to the due diligiencies, always acknowledge and cheer your colleagues every now and then just to keep the mood going. Always note that, agents tend to burn out when overused, it can also have a dramatic impact on the service levels as well, remember that we're all human beings and not Robots.
