My first steps would be to revisit the drawing board. What were the initial results I sought to achieve? After this is identified, making use of a fish bone diagram or 5Why framework to drill down into possible areas where a deviation might have occurred. This gives a lot of insight into possible areas for improvement, waste reduction, technique to adopt and maybe even avenues for cost reduction. Then craft a new strategic approach and validate with others to explore shortcomings and obtain buy-in before final execution.

And most important, the headline is literally the head of your content. Ensure it gets their attention with catchy phrases. Because that's where the whole process begins.
