Trabalhar de casa n?o deve ser visto como um benefício, mas como uma modalidade de trabalho. é muito fácil perder o foco e a concentra??o com os estímulos diversos de sua casa (netflix, internet, instrumentos musicais, família, etc), e esta modalidade acabar acarretando em baixa performance e potencial demiss?o. Ao decidir trabalhar em casa, crie uma rotina e símbolos: se vista adequadamente, estabele?a metas de horários, crie um espa?o confortável sem TV, aparelhos de som.

Persuasion is a close friend of negotiating and so to win this negotiation it is all about persuasion. The positive side of persuasion is getting people to do what you want them to do. In this case say yes to your proposal to work from home. In order to achieve this you need to become the great persuader. Robert Cialdini said that there are 6 laws of persuasion and in his 'Science of Persuasion' video you can find out how people persuade. With over 13 million views it is worth knowing. Building on Robert's work, I believe there are over '78 persuasion techniques' (Google that term). Choosing the best persuasion technique, or a combination of techniques, is key to getting them to say yes. For example, if she is a facts person, use facts.
