Mas caso n?o necessite de imprimir n?o o fa?a. Mesmo que o papel seja reciclado, poderá sempre minimizar o desgaste de recursos e energia.

The print quality is a must. For any print your photograph file must have enough pixels to support the printer requirements, Canon 300 dpi and Epson 360. 2nd you have to have a thorough color management, from the take to the calibrated monitor you work with. 3rd, then come the printer and paper. In my studio I have Canon printer with twelve inks, and print on Fine Art Hahnemühle papers up to 44 inch wide. Alternatively I use a studio in NY (Laumont), who has Lambda and LightJet machines, painting with a laser photographic paper and then chemically develop. For both I have the ICC profiles, so my images come out as they look in my computer, specially when I have to work remotely with the technician that handles my printing order in NY.

As my fine art work is mainly on large sizes, my customers who pay I high price, expect to have the best quality: Fine Art Hahnemühle (for 11-12 ink printers), Fuji or Ilford photographic papers on the Lambdas or LightJet. I some cases the customer ask customers ask for prints framed, acrylic or metal, for which I use Whitewall, that you can order the entire print and options online, and delivered to about 50 countries. All the above in large sizes, they are not cheap, but quality excels.

Honestly, a printer for me needs to be versatile. I prefer inkjet printers. I print things that range in size and are double sided. The paper quality is most important. Cost effectiveness may not be your best option in this area. Life expectectations of the printer maybe your best considering factor. How long will it last. If you have found a great deal that meets all your requirements get 2. Paper weight cannot be stressed enough. HP does connect easily and keep you supplied with ample ink, so you can do everything you like.

I would use a dedicated printing service instead of trying to do it on my own. I have achieved good results on both canvas and acrylic glass that way, and when factoring in the time and effort necessary for attempting to do it myself, it was likely more cost-efficient that way.
