I think the best way to help my UX mentee grow is by giving them advice, support, and chances to learn by doing. First, I'll figure out what they're good at and what they need help with, so I can give them the right advice. Then, I'll give them feedback on their work, pointing out what they're doing well and where they can improve. It's important that they feel comfortable asking questions and talking to me about their concerns. I'll give them opportunities to work on real projects and take on new challenges, so they can get hands-on experience. Checking in with them regularly and setting goals together will help keep them motivated. By giving them support, advice, and chances to learn, I can help my mentee get better!

One advice; Be better than you were yesterday, it doesn't have to be a long jump, it could be baby steps but the goal is to be better. Also, learn to take one projects, work, learning etc one at a time. Trust me, it could be overwhelming.
