Initially I look forward to engaging our internal design team to reach customers through our marketing team. Es importante que el programa de fidelidad sea auto sostenido con drivers claros de a más inversión en programa más fidelización , un ejemplo en el caso de las tarjetas de crédito con las aerolíneas las millas que se otorgan a los clientes provienen de las comisiones de intercambio en los comercios que reciben los emisores , a mayor consumo más comisiones y de allí una parte va al programa de lealtad de cada cliente de acuerdo a la Conversión . Eso lo sostiene en el largo plazo como modelo de negocio y no como una iniciativa que no se tan tangible de medirse ni de financiarse .
