Sponsor (hr / management) needs to identify champions from amongst the employees who will drive the employee engagement initiative. These champions (Clients) then need to get coached to ensure that they are aligned with the organisational goals. The selected Coach has to ensure that the Clients understand the need for the Organisational employee engagement initiative and that any misgivings that they may have, get addressed. If required, by having tripartite meetings between Sponsor, Client and Coach. The Coach then helps the Client co-create a SMART action plan that would help the Client effectively Champion the Engagement Initiative, within the desired framework and timelines.
