"Creating a brand is creating relationships." This is how I accomplished this: Had events in the neighborhood: I held fashion nights and pop-ups to gather people together. Worked with other companies: I worked with cafés and salons for promotions with each other. Become part of the community: I sponsored events and attended markets. This made my boutique a local name that people could trust.

Its something I've never personally done but i follow @lvmn on IG... he sell his designer shirts all over in Philly. He pops up at the local bodegas, food trucks, and restaurants and shouts thier business out and gives away merch. Also where i live theres a company called Meet The Browns they do construction. They go around the city giving kids free haircuts and they shut down whole blocks and feed everybody and they put it on IG. Not gonna lie i think what they do is official. So if i were to do community outreach I'd follow these guys formula.
