Start by creating a safe space to share their thoughts, perhaps through a one-on-one chat or a gentle invitation to contribute during the discussion. Ask open-ended questions and actively listen to their responses. You can also build upon their ideas to demonstrate value and acknowledgment.

The first rule of leadership is to know thy self & then to know your team members. Knowing one's team members can be done only through active listening.
