En mi experiencia puedo comentar que formar a tu equipo es indispensable para garantizar que tu organización siga cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Para realizar un correcto plan de formación y certificación de competencias recomiendo los siguientes aspectos principales: - Identificación de competencias necesarias - Evaluación de competencias actuales - Desarrollo de planes de formación en base a brechas y presupuesto - Implementación de la formación según prioridades - Documentar todas las actividades de formación y certificación. Después de un periodo se debe considerar Evaluar la efectividad de la formación.

En mi experiencia puedo comentar que medir la eficiencia de un entrenamiento o certificación es un aspecto poco considerado en las organizaciones. Pero no es un proceso difícil de hacerlo y se puede enfocar desde los procesos (efficiency) y desde las personas (performance). Dependiendo de la organización en la que te encuentras puedes enfocar tus métricas en reducción de tiempos de ejecución, nro de desviaciones, tiempos de entrega, satisfacción del cliente u otros.

En base a mi experiencia, puedo comentar que cuando se habla de formación, hay que comprender que capacitar y entrenar a tu equipo para que tengan las habilidades necesarias para realizar las tares es un requisito indispensable, pero es un proceso que no está completo si no se culmina con la certificación de las competencias, más aún si te encuentras en una empresa certificada con ISO 9001. La certificación de competencias no es un proceso estático; debe ser parte del enfoque de mejora continua. Identificar nuevas necesidades de formación y certificación es un proceso permanente.
