SPACE ??....literally the best way to improve logistics is SPACE, specifically storage space, and more to the point: assigned lots (cubbies/drawers/shelves/lockers/rooms/closets/etc) that make sense for the people loading/unloading, stacking, slacking, labeling, unpacking, and dealing with the byproducts (recycling, trash, etc).Workers need wide paths as well, especially in a restaurant, and more so for kitchen staff, the paths/isles/lanes, need to be labeled, but more so there needs to be space for them to operate and pass each other seamlessly.
