By setting clear goals & expectation, regular feedbacks, empowering them with approvals which will result in taking the ownership along with rewarding the team for their extra efforts as well as spending time with the team so as to understand their view and you can be also part of the team which create a healthy environment for motivation.

Tell the team about the outcomes you want to see them achieve, and how you will measure success. This could be done in an open two way discussion- your contractor may have good suggestions too. Back up your expectations with reasons, so that they know the impact their work will have on the business.

Na minha experiência profissional, aprendi que é necessário haver transparência e uma ótima comunica??o na equipe de gest?o de contratos. é importante que cada um saiba o papel que desempenha na equipe e que as atividades sejam claramente divididas, considerando as habilidades técnicas mais relevantes de cada membro. é preciso que o líder compartilhe informa??es relevantes sobre projetos, metas e desafios, pois é isso ajuda a criar confian?a e engajamento da equipe. Existem, logicamente, contratos que s?o confidenciais. Neste caso, somente os membros envolvidos no assunto ter?o acesso à eles, para evitar a quebra de cláusula de confidencialidade e vazamento de informa??es estratégicas.

A lideran?a gentil e parceira permanece junto do time. Na realidade o gestor deveria ter em mente que a equipe está em primeiro lugar. Primeiro servir e dar suporte ao seu time nas necessidades e só depois focar nas entregas e demandas que ele próprio (gestor) precisa entregar. Afinal, uma das principais metas do gestor é o resultado de sua equipe.

Em minha experiência profissional, como gestora de contratos, trabalhei com equipes multifuncionais, onde existiam advogados, estudantes de Direito e estagiários. Cada membro da equipe costumava compartilhar seus conhecimentos com os outros, fazendo com que as contribui??es individuais melhorassem a performance de equipe e estimulassem cada membro a estudar e buscar exemplos e boas práticas a serem divididas com os colegas. é absolutamente imprescindível que cada componente da equipe se sinta motivado e estimulado a dividir o que conhece, experiencia e vive com seus companheiros, para aumentar o engajamento do time.
