If your strategy relies on big bucks alone then it isn’t really a big idea. A lot can be achieved with less if the concept is sharp and the thinking is imaginative. You can open up new audience sets, find new category niches, explore new geographies, experiment with new technologies, tap into new insights and explore new forms and formats of media. The online space especially is limitless in its opportunities and the reach and results are accurately measurable. While we can repurpose existing assets, I believe we can arrive at fresher ideas especially since the situation forces us to think out of the box. Once the mind begins to get excited by constraints, there’s no stopping it. The challenge is quite irresistible.

At a project I worked on in 2023, we had a similar issue and one of the things we did was start series of Instagram Live events featuring our target audience prototype and it worked. It helped on focus on what we could control and leverage it.
