I would suggest using SharePoint because of its check-out/check-in feature which enables to track who made what changes to the document and when. This is extremely useful especially in a distributed team, which is a common scenario nowadays. Another good option is Confluence which has the page versioning feature which enables the user to roll back to previous revisions of the document.
