Em Santo André, onde liderei um time de suporte técnico durante um ano tive de iniciar este processo praticamente do zero. Ao entrar na equipe, notei que havia diversos cart?es de fornecedores dos mesmos produtos e/ou equipamentos, portanto decidi conhecê-los pessoalmente aos poucos, cada ida em S?o Paulo procurava um fornecedor diferente. Fiz uma busca ativa através dos sites desses fornecedores, nas redes sociais e também avalia??es de cliente do Google para poder entender um pouco melhor as espectativas e frustra??es de quem realmente conhece a empresa. Levou cerca de uns 6 meses para ter em m?os todos os fornecedores mais confiáveis, com pre?os justos e que ofereciam um diferencial no atendimento, como descontos exclusivos.

Segun mi experiencia, es importante cumplir con las normativas de compliance de la compa?ia y para ello es importante contar con el departamento de compliance o legal. Al empezar a negociar, es importante dejar claro todos los criterios, y las responsabilidades por ambas partes.

Relacionamento entre fornecedores é uma via de m?o dupla. Ao mesmo tempo em que procuramos recomenda??es, bons pre?os e qualidade no atendimento eles também est?o sempre em busca de clientes em potencial. Portanto, ao optarmos pelos nossos fornecedores em determinados produtos é sempre de boas práticas transparecer nossa conduta como cliente, bons fornecedores est?o cada vez mais difíceis de encontrar e n?o devemos cometer o erro de optar apenas pelo "pre?o mais baixo". Como diz um ditado antigo, quase um clichê... O barato sai caro. E realmente sai... Infelizmente já tivemos de dispensar lotes inteiros de pe?as para confec??es de pedais médicos por conta da má qualidade do produto oferecido.
