It is a difficult but very important issue in an R&D organization to find a common language with all role players and stakeholders. The first point in this context is to know each and every member carefully via in person dialogues even in non-formal occasions. Knowing the education background is not enough at all. We should accept that the humans are highly different and somehow complex, therefore, knowing their 'baseline' status needs diverse aspects to be considered as an integrated system. The second point is to bring all these 'individual contexts' to one integral 'meta-set' of humans who sit and talk, decide, and work together. Every success in this stage will be a breakthrough for the organization.
