QA is not just an individual working tirelessly to verify the Process. It should be everyone's responsibility. The Activities align with Development cycle and validates them to the bits. All team should be aligned to a single goal and then SMART goals on individual level to aid the main goal.

One of the main goals of QA process should be problems and defects prevention. Identifying how effective was to prevent it is a good criterio to assess the process.

Clarity is Key: We begin by establishing specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for our QA efforts. This translates to clearly outlining what level of quality we aim to achieve. Identifying Benchmarks: We determine the benchmarks for measuring success. Alignment with Objectives: Our QA goals should be aligned with overall project objectives and organizational strategy. This ensures our QA efforts contribute directly to desired outcomes. Use all the data you can gather to have a clear picture of quality status being that from analytics team to see if users don’t give up in some specific menu and just close the page, the customer support to see if they receive less tickets, DevOps team to check if there were no specific errors in logs, product team to validate that your feitores is aligned with the roadmap, etc. Don’t forget also to ask the QA team members how they perceive quality and whether they feel that they have everything needed to test efficiently.

Feedback is from whole team. Why keep retrospective for the complete SCRUM team. Its a ceremony and not limited to SCRUM. We can do it on individual team level, for QA, for Dev. The feedback will be fruitful when its acted upon. Scrum allows the feedback from all stakeholders but its essential to start with in the team first.
