The Frontline staff are ones that are actually the bread winners for team and company. For me any frontline staff should know this 3 things What to sell ? How to sell? Whom to sell? The staff who is well equipped with basic knowledge of products or services which a company offers, this ensures the staff is aware about what to sell and how to sell. It's duty of the team leader or management to communicate ,overlook , help, guide and motivate them on continuous basis to foster an environment which supports to grow. Take help of any CRM tool which tracks the implementation of all the knowledge and training is actually helping them grow and establish long lasting customer relation.
