I agree with many of the comments in this article. In my opinion, the evaluation of team members is not related to a slice of teamwork time. Humans are multi-dimensional and their mental and physical conditions can affect their performance, so I prefer to pay attention and evaluate team members during the project journey in addition to standard performance evaluation methods. I believe that continuous attention to the ups and downs in team members' performances is one of the best and fairest evaluation methods that guarantee the team's goal achievements by helping the team members in troublesome situations.
