One of my favorite tools, with super easy entry point for all ages and technical levels, is ARTIVIVE. They offer a low cost subscription service in which you have a web editor for 2D and 3D tools. I generally use this tools to create some of my academic presentations, bringing some dynamic aspects for attendants with 3D animations, 2D and video content.

AR amplifies presentations, prolonging audience engagement significantly. Additionally, a polished design is key. Poor color choices and design quality can undermine an otherwise impactful presentation. I've noticed that younger audiences are particularly discerning about design, a perspective I share.
