For e.g. details of the unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing and the entire process could be automated using various DevOps tool and process of alerting and rectifying failures/ warnings/error along with how many testing buckets etc. The business side of the audience would be more interested in knowing the how is testing strategy helping them ensuring coverage of the test cases, how swiftly it would fix the error and ensuring that the strategy is aligned to cover the worst case scenario of failures without affecting the go Live plan.

I think your could easily explain and communicate your points via examples and scenario. Adding any reference example of an existing customer builds a level of trust. For example, doing a demo of the testing strategy and explaining the work flow and data flow would add clarity to your audience. Similarly , adding some more scenarios to explain how the testing strategy could address those. The demos and scenarios should clearly articulate the superiority of strategy and how it helps the testing team to automated the testing process and hence is more efficient.
