One thing that really helped me with managing back to back viewings or keeping them all on my calendar and put reminders so that I don't miss anything. Keeping a gap of 60 to 70 minutes between each viewing also helps to avoid any clash between my clients. These are the 2 strategies that has helped me alot.

Prepare in advance! Consider prioritising and planning beforehand while juggling with multiple balls in the air. Some things that can come in handy are: 1. Organise timings in your calendar basis the location of the viewings. This way you will have more direction in the process and an even spread between 2 viewings. (Route optimization) 2. Keep your material organised as per your charted plan. 3. Refer to apps that help manage your plan and streamline the process. Most importantly, do not miss coordinating with clients in advance to have them aligned for the day as per your schedule.

Time is always at a premium. Whenever possible coordinating by location is key (minimizing travel time between showings, and allowing for longer time spent as needed) . Preparing in advance highlighting key similarities and/or differences. By utilizing data-driven insights and maintaining a flexible approach, agents can not only optimize their time but also provide a personalized experience that meets the diverse needs of both local and international clients. I encourage clients to take notes (and I do so as well in each calendar appointment). Everything is on my phone, but I also have all of the pertinent contact information in hard copy- for the inevitability of the battery and back up battery dying !

The Most important things is Time Management and work based on Priority Matrix , Once you evaluate the situation or work based on the matrix everything starts to lease easier and simple. and Most important thing Never Panic and Make a decision.
