Tableau is the go to tool for these projects as it has the ability to meet your requirements to make the right decisions. One may have access to move data to front-end applications but at the end of the day, data sources are the truth for all decision makers and tableau meets that requirement hands down.

There are many data visualization tools available in the market examples are Power BI, Google Data Studio, QlikView,Infogram etc. However, I've noticed that most of the BPOs are not allowed to use these tools due to Client Confidentiality clauses or due to non approval of additional softwares either. So how do we do data visualization? The answer lies on how well you understand your charts and graphs and how well we understand the data sets we have. Both MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets have in built in charts within their platforms. They key is knowing what each chart will do for your dataset. The right representation of the data through charts will lead to the right interpretation. And yes, the charts can be automated too.

The best tool will depend on the BPO objectives, but Power BI is commonly used if you use MS Office and Tableau; otherwise, if you are a startup, you can choose to work with an alternative such as Excel VBA or Python-API open source, depending on the company's objective (cost reduction, client retention, etc.).
