Begin by thoroughly assessing the impact of the design change. This involves understanding how the new design deviates from the original and which aspects of your research it affects. You might need to recalculate aerodynamic coefficients, or revise wind tunnel test plans. This evaluation helps in identifying which components of your project are most affected and need immediate attention.

Redistribute tasks among team members based on their expertise and availability. Ensure that the workload is balanced and that team members are assigned tasks that match their skills. If necessary, seek additional resources or support to handle the increased workload resulting from the design change. Effective task redistribution ensures that all aspects of the project receive the attention they need without overburdening any single team member.
