Instead of going the cookie cutter way, I feel understanding guests need and anticipating your guest requirements, if you deliver service, you would always leave a lasting experience to your guests. Just in case a team member made mistake, be quick to connect with your guest, apologize humbly and offer appropriate service recovery even before your guest has asked for it

I found that you need to do a deep dive in or your CRM to see what your guests are saying. Talk to your guests when they check out and ask your team to do so as well. Remember it’s all starts with the sense of arrival through to departure. And don’t forget to smile!
