Most problems we encounter as IT support professionals have been encountered at some point by others. And many of the network services we use have a web interface! Accordingly, the best tool for fast research and quick troubleshooting is a web browser. For instance, if you need to know the default admin password to a Ubiquiti router, then it’s only a Google search away. If you need to know if the network printer is online, it’s an IP or host and search away. That’s why I think a web browser is one of the most beneficial tools for IT support professionals.
