Any leader who assigned or selected to design a strategy plan for a new or existing company, the most important task and ranked in top priority (top 1) is to select the right people because without a right people your strategic plan will no longer be effective and sustainable. As second priority (top 2) is resources if the plan is for an existing company, you have to re-use the resource effectively and in the right time with right people. As the third (top 3) know your competitors and their plans well prior to release your plan by conducting market research and analysis. After that I highly recommended to follow the global standards, models and tools to help you build or improve your strategy plan. Remember: “Select The Right People”
