1 The RED model

While all this is theoretical and what we call in military parlance, war gaming, the actual test is when project leaders stand with their teams and implement their decisions. Effectiveness of all these models need to be tested in real time and by those who actually take decisions, not through teams who are clueless about the assumptions and hypotheses.
