Distinguishing & physically examining the old stock (By the date of their arrivals) would also help to find the wastes in your inventory

Each territory should have some sub-terrorities regarding the slow movers as well as dead stock. Territory with A class SKUs should be very focused in depth. Territories with B & C class should follow later in priority list.
