Over the years I have learn the personal touch works the best when it comes to performance, behavior and results. Simply looking someone in their eyes and thanking them or asking for their impute is how I achieve the results I want.

Nominalize accident reporting process. Make it easy and psychologically safe for everyone to share their story. People learn from what others are doing. New employees will follow what old employees have deemed the way of life. That is how culture is created. The focus on programs should be strengthening the capacity of the people.
