And remember, there are always two raw materials missing in every single project: time and money. Be aware of their scarcity…

I don’t think must of functional adults in a working environment stop expressing their views because they’re shy… this is a freshmen stuff. People normally doesn’t share, because they have NOTHING to share: either they don’t understand or they don’t care. SO: if you do care, feel the project and worry -for real- about performance, timing, resources… ask yourself what would be your views if it was your money and professional integrity-and not those of the shareholders- compromised in the result. Yep: there you have a reflection to share.

“Demonstrate strategic thinking to your supervisor in order to obtain a promotion”… I know this is a competitive world but, seriously, is this a real question posed to AI? What an empty question. What you have to ask to yourself is how you can apply tools of the strategic thinking to your daily job. Whether you are supervisor notice not, is not exactly the goal of your job, neither a promotion. My advice: stop focusing On demonstrating something that should be evident through the results of your work. If you’re applying Properly the strategic thinking tools, it’ll be evident when you can anticipate needs or problems,set different scenarios and their results… and yes, even at the worst ones, finding a way to recover.
