Lideran?a que inspira é aquela que entende do negócio é traz insights de melhoria para a equipe, facilitam o caminho e encurtam a curva de aprendizado, contudo esses insights e ensinamentos vem da experiência somada aos conhecimentos adquiridos pelo gestor, uma vez que na maioria das vezes ele já trilhou o caminho que a sua equipe faz agora, ent?o nada mais do que satisfatório para o time ver o gestor atuando na prática, dando o exemplo, isso além de facilitar o aprendizado, logo passa a credibilidade para o time de que o gestor entende do negócio, como também mostra que ele está n?o apenas está acima mas também ao lado da equipe para mentorá-los em seu processo evolutivo!

The first thing before you do anything is: -Get to Know Your Employees. Building relationships with employees through casual conversations (career or every day to day topics like sports or food) and showing genuine interest in getting to know them can be crucial. Understanding their values, talents, and motivations can help supervisors tailor their approach. -Coaching and Training are two very different things. Providing clear training is important, but ongoing coaching is key. By showing employees that their development is valued. That their opinions and solutions are welcomed, supervisors can build accountability and engagement which is an effective way to create a more positive and engaging work environment.
