To create vision is a necessity but honestly it’s a paper only. That’s why strategy roadmaps are required. How to do this? Start-up founders often outline a strategic plan to achieve a vision. How to achieve this vision is a bigger challenge. 1. Making team members align to the cause 2. Outline short term objectives 3. Evaluate your resources in a practical manner ( cofounders, team size , funding ) 4. Develop the product 5. Be ready for meaningful changes & sequence in which actions will occur Strategy is all about making choices & filling the gap between vision and implementation.
