You should have your vision and goals already defined. Everything you do in the seminar needs to be based on your vision and goals. Not everyone will agree with the vision and goals but if you can effectively communicate it, walk the through how you plan to get there, provide them the resources and support needed, you may actually win over the naysayers and turn them into allies. If you leave any of the key pieces out, the naysayers will have proof it won't work and then it becomes an uphill battle.

Right from the start, write down the vision, emphasize sticking to the PowerPoint, by moderating the sessions to avoid diversion, the topics, the time each topic takes to present, set time for feedback through breakout groups after every presentation. and lastly every participant to go back and write what they learned, how they will implement it and support system after the workshops to help them through the implementation stage through customer care services, connecting them members to relevant information and networks
