I can only speak from a Life Sciences PM perspective. Use of AI is as tool is still a growing area in this domain. This is because most of these products are B2B and the customer identity are well known. However everyone is aware of the power of these tools and I am certain in recent future these will be used more widely with B2C products being more widely used.
