Totally agree with the importance of rewarding en recognizing. Most innovation funnel-models don't take the most important phase into account: celebrate! Innovating in healthcare is not easy, celebrating staff that succesfully innovated by giving them a stage to tell their stories is the last part that is often forgotten. Create a stage, create an award, celebrate!
