Supporting supplier diversity and creating feedback channels further contribute to a supply chain that values and accommodates everyone.

Identify barriers or gaps that may hinder people with disabilities from accessing your products or services, working for you, or engaging in partnerships. Utilize tools like accessibility audits, customer and employee surveys, and supplier diversity assessments.
