I have been working with different teams over 8 years and I highly recommend to set deadline for each task. There are certain factors which may cause this issue, to resolve them first and foremost step is direct communication with team mates and problem they are facing to solve the task. Secondly, collaborative task solution would be recommended to save time. Third, training and guidance before each new task. Last and important thing is set timeline for each small task to maintain time frame of yours and save unnecessary spending time
