Both of these cmds, particularly ping -t, are utilized in my steps when troubleshooting any LAN connectivity issues. Of coarse, the first step should always be to check the device or equipment for power :)

Open PowerShell, Terminal, or CMD.exe 2. List all established connections and PID of processes using "netstat -ano | find "ESTABLISHED" 3. Wireshark allows focusing on specific parameters relevant to VOIP. - SIP statistics such as, the count and details of SIP messages (INVITE, ACK, BYE, etc.), and response codes and their frequency. - RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) Statistics such as packet loss, jitter, and RTT. - Codec information including voice encoding and codec negotiation details within SIP messages - Analysis of latency introduced by the network during VoIP communication. - Number of VoIP packets with errors or warnings. These are just a few of the parameters that allow one to asses the health and performance of VoIP traffic, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot the quality of calls.
