1 The Marshmallow Challenge

The marshmallow challenge is a simple but powerful exercise that tests your team's creativity, problem-solving, and innovation skills. The goal is to build the tallest free-standing structure using only 20 spaghetti sticks, one yard of tape, one yard of string, and one marshmallow. The catch is that the marshmallow must be on top of the structure, and you only have 18 minutes to complete the task. This activity challenges your team to think fast, collaborate effectively, and learn from failure.

Show what no one does... when things go bad, offer the team back up and solutions incase an issue or customer insatisfaction. Workshops or update trainings are important to get the hands-on experience the more dynamical the course becomes the more secure and efficient the agents feel. Being a happy clicker on your own helps! I found that is a HUGE way to have retention because you figure it out yourself therefor, you're not remembering what somebody taught you but, what you learned independently so by holding value to it you will retain it. Then after, you may re-enforce with basics. Also, know your product activities, ice breakers and exercises will get your valuable team to a confident start. CONFIDENCE KILLED BAD CSR

In a previous avatar, I designed 14 escape rooms in Bangalore. I'd think that escape rooms are best suited for small teams & team building. But an even better option now exists - virtual escapes. Just for the sheer scale of themes and incorporating real world challenges. When planning a team workshop, look for activities that help you improve communication, build on collaboration and is thought provoking to the level that your team works together as a problem solving unit.
