Sugiero empezar por lo siguiente: - Ense?arles a gestionar datos e información (diferentes en educación). - Capacitar en herramientas tecnológicas. - Formar una cultura que parta de la valoración de los docentes cualificados, con o sin tecnología; donde la tecnología sea un medio y no un fin en sí, ni sea un tamiz para filtrar docentes. La tecnología se aprende, y los docentes se encuentran en constante aprendizaje. - Formar una cultura de la colaboración y cooperación, bajando las barreras por la competitividad. Tal vez convertir la colaboración en indicador de la evaluación docente, pueda ayudar a formar esa cultura.
