En el aula puedes verlos y medir su reacción y corregir cualquier cosa, pero en linea es muy dificil. Las actividades de microlearning te permite medir la participación y retroalimentar. Los alumnos agradecen el que se les mantenga ocupados y que puedan participar activamente en su aprendizaje mas que solo ser espectadores a través de una pantalla.

As my point of view, quizzes are best to assess students'learning capabilities in a short span of time. And second, relevant info-visuals to get the quick response of student's learning. As number of online teaching is increased day by day, we should include those activities which is really beneficial for student's learning not the fancy ones.

las capsulas de aprendizaje on line deben ser abordadas a mi criterio bajo las fases típicas pedagógicas, pero más concisas: Motivación, Explicar lo que se quiere obtener como objetivo, desarrollo del tema (didáctica), conclusión y evaluación. La mirada didáctica sobre las actividades es en cambio super importante. El uso de una pizarra con una tableta para escritura manual en tiempo real permite tomar la concentración del estudiante, y sentir la sensación de presencialidad en la virtualidad. El uso de infografías dinámicas también es vital. Pero el mayor desafió es tener un audio de calidad. Esto es posible si la clase es pre grabada. (es más fácil mejorar el audio) Pero en una situación sincrónica es vital cuidar el sonido.

Para dise?ar actividades debes tomar en cuenta muchos aspectos, tales como: el tiempo que tienes, la cantidad de alumnos, los recursos porque no todos tienen el mismo ancho de banda para el internet y es muy frustrante el querer participar y que tu internet no te lo permita. Sin olvidar por supuesto el objetivo de aprendizaje y como vas a medir el aprendizaje, ya que no se trata de solo "aventar" la actividad, sino que debe tener un propósito y permitir medir el avance en el apredizaje y retroalimentar a los alumnos. Hay muchas herramientas gratuitas, es cuestión de elegir y probar. Algunas funcionan y algunas definitivamente no. Pero te permite mejorar tu actividad como docente.

Quizzes de retroalimentación donde los alumnos compiten entre si como Kahoot! los motiva a prepararse o sondeos con menti.com ya que al ser anónimo les permite a los alumnos participar sin temor a ser criticado.

Muy recomendable los vídeos donde se muestren procesos prácticos sobre los procesos o conocimientos a transmitir. Incluso esos vídeos pueden encontrarse en otras herramientas muy visuales (infografías interactivas).

Dentro de las actividades que se debe utilizar con los estudiantes podemos proponer juegos sobre historietas digitales, recortes de secuencias de películas o, descubriendo los sonidos, debate sobre las letras y mensaje de canciones, creación de videos con temas de su interés

In my experience, this all works perfectly only when the teacher has a relationship with the students. You can’t force anyone to learn. Not even adults. They have to WANT IT. Unfortunately, this is the case in our world. Unless we give huge incentives or threaten consequences, our children will not learn. They have to see that the teacher loves them and wants them to be the best they can be in life not just in a certain subject or school. We must first form a connection and then a community of learning in the classroom, online as in person before any learning can be accomplished.
