Always bring to light above and beyond results, along with criticisms of where we should be increasing the outcome value. 2)Also being transparent with your team members providing candid, honest feedback on how we did compared with my expectations, customers expectations, and how Sr. Mgmt is perceiving our execution results compared with stockholders expectation. 3) Take your team out to dinner or drinks with a $1000 budget each month where the team members get buy in of where the team gets to go. Not expected by the team, but the result is extreme cohesiveness and employees who care about the work and each other.
