It's important to remember that an energy audit in itself does not accomplish much. If you do not implement a systematic approach to improving efficiency, the energy audit will be nothing but a waste of money. It's much like going to the Doctor. Imagine that you get a physical examination and even have blood work done. The Doctor looks at you and says, "Your blood pressure is too high, cholesterol is too high, and you need to lose weight." In this instance, if you do not eat cleaner and exercise regulary, the report will not mean anything either.

In my experience, behavioral Changes are key to energy conservation, organizations need to promote energy-saving behaviors, such as encouraging employees to power down computers and equipment at the end of the workday and adopt telecommuting or flexible work hours to reduce the need for office space and energy consumption. Secondly, Upgrade to LED lighting, which is significantly more energy-efficient and adopt the use of renewable energy sources like solar panels or wind turbines to power your facilities. These can reduce your reliance on fossil fuels and lower energy costs over time. Thirdly, you may want to replace or upgrade outdated and energy-inefficient equipment with more energy-efficient alternatives.

In my experience as a private industry as consultancy works, hybrid activities such for workshop, event.,etc are key to save the energy consumption, and also more effective communication in person meeting is better than emailing, phone calling and online meeting. Those can reduce in realistic for energy conservation with very efficient and effective plan.

Awareness is the most important aspect in energy efficeincy because as much company’s employees will aware about that why it’s so important to be energy efficient the more responsible they will be; hence it will be easy to implement energy efficiency measures. off course there are many measures we can take into consideration for energy efficiency.

In my opinion the systems must be automate on program based logic where the equipment operation can be done based on the requirements only and to ensure energy efficiency through trends so as to notice where the energy management and to track them easily.

Communication is key when performing an energy saving & management plan. All the organization should be aware of the objectives and targets. When collaborators, stakeholders, providers, and customers know what the company is doing they are committed and contribute to save energy.

There are good potential on condition based monitoring and maintenance activities. In case that we could use this potential and data for our energy audition and energy performance indicators we could also find some solutions in order to reduce energy waste and increase the energy performance and efficiency.
