Sin duda, la mejor forma de conocer a fondo lo que hacemos y de conocer al resto, es conociendonos, tal y como indica la siguiente citación "lo mejor que puedo hacer por ti, es conocerme, y lo mejor que puedes hacer por mi, es conocerte", considero que aplica para muchos aspectos de la vida, como el profesional en este caso. Utilizando la autoevaluación, como una herramienta para el autoconocimiento, podemos detectar que cosas existen en nosotros que podemos trabajar o impulsar un poco más para tener mejores resultados. Nos ayuda a detectar falencias o debilidades en nuestro frente de trabajo, y tomarlas como un reto de superación personal. Tener un idea de donde nos encontramos, nos ayudará a saber a dónde vamos.
