Most importantly you must follow up with changes to demonstrate you've listened and acted on your employee feedback. Otherwise your employees will become more disengaged and less likely to provide feedback next time you ask for it.

I like to balance quick and easy in the moment reward and recognition through a kudos channel on MS Teams or chat for example with bigger moments of recognition such as annual awards. These combined will create a culture whereby everyone receives recognition and has the opportunities to give it to.

Employee satisfaction is largely based on corporate culture: Do you employees feel appropriately valued and compensated for their contributions? Are they given development opportunities? Can raise concerns/issues without fear of reprisal? Do they have supportive teams/managers? Creating a culture of #psychologicalsafety with a growth mindset can improve both morale and productivity.
