Our customers should be only people to measure our teams who does deliveries and operational work because they will provide better outcomes and satisfactions where we need to adjust our performance we do so based on the checklist give to teams after their service the company needs to complete it and send to HR for review

New plan developed during the project so that it allows us to have different approaches for different subjects and businesses and it's emergencies should be planned accordingly to match the plan and it's management through out

The fourth step to evaluate your logistics team's performance is to review and revise your KPIs, data collection methods, data analysis tools, and feedback and improvement actions on a regular basis. This can be done through evaluation and assessment, reflecting and learning from experiences and challenges, as well as innovating and adapting processes, procedures, and systems. These methods should involve both internal and external stakeholders, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Through this review and revision process, you can identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of your logistics team and operations in order to meet the changing needs of the emergency situation and stakeholders.
