What are some effective ways to address customer dissatisfaction with product pricing?

First and foremost is Client's requirement and their expectations. If the client is only looking for a lower priced product over the cost of quality of product and/or service, then there is no room to negotiate. One should always stand for the quality of their product or service. If the client is ready to negotiate about the quantity or tenure of the service, the price negotiation can be looked at.

I have learn with my experience that the only card worked here is the "Trust & honesty". When you build the strong trust with your customer than its so easy to convince your customer on this. for instance i always use one tactic whenever i encounter this challenge, i always play with quality and after service of the product. I show them that they are paying for the hustle free service and quality not only for product. if they are encounter with anything then i am always available for them in real time. this help me to gain there trust. so this is the my way to address this challenge. please share your thought on this if your are aggreed with me or not.

1. Demonstrate as much value as possible before price reveal through good customer success, social proof, etc. Every conversion should feel like a referral for the client to at least some extent. 2. Sticker shock is relative because prices are artificial. If the number's scaring a smaller client, offer flexibility (i.e. pilot, fixed-term contract with a discount). That both builds rapport and keeps the client in your funnel. 3. Quote your customers, not yourself. Longer-term metrics and clients help here - did anybody actually save money in the long-term by using your product? 4. Don't go "Wolf of Wall Street". People often feel awkward when pricing comes up, and they're looking for guidance and clarity from you, not a sales pitch.

I so believe you must take the time to listen to your customers. A good technician that had just opened his own shop. He called and ask me to stop by, stating my prices were too high! He shared an overview of his business plan with me. He was going to do all the repairs at a lower rate and sale the parts at his cost. I asked him how much a hour he was charging and how many hours he was working. His response did not surprise me. Then I asked him, at the end of the week what was left, after paying himself, this response also did not surprise me. I offered a plan of 10 first steps, that had been tested in his area and showed sucess. Lesson #1, choose to attract the right customers that will see your value, believe in yourself!
