En mis investigaciones siempre he utilizado las encuestas como una forma de equilibrar y contrastar la investigación cualitativa, que aquí entre nos es la que más disfruto. Es muy importante evitar los sesgos y sobretodo quedarnos con solo una versión de lo que piensa y hace el consumidor. Por ejemplo en nuestro último libro que está lleno de hallazgos arrojados por las herramientas de investigación cualitativa, contrastamos para confirmar los comportamientos de los Centennials con una encuesta en 20 colegios de Colombia en jóvenes entre 15 y 18 a?os de 7 ciudades del país y llegamos a casi 2000 encuentas.

De lo que tenemos en nuestra mente cuando enfrentamos una investigación y queremos saber algo concreto a lo que a veces preguntamos va un trecho largo. Hay preguntas que parecen redactadas por un mono borracho escribiendo al revés. Lo ideal es que la pregunta sea corta. Directa. Específica. Que no deje lugar a equívoco.
